Abstract: Here we discuss new developments in the ability to perform attosecond-pump attosecond-probe spectroscopy based on high-harmonic generation. A new concept has made it possible to perform these experiments in a compact setup at kilohertz repetition rate, thereby benefiting from better stability and statistics. This paves the way for the investigation of multi-electron correlation dynamics as well as charge migration in biologically relevant systems.
