Abstract

One of the many networks of excellence DAAD funded in Africa is NAPRECA, the Natural Products Research Network for Eastern and Central Africa. [1] The network was established in 1984 and supported through UNESCO. Meanwhile the Network has national chapters in its member states. Its focus is on the chemistry of natural products.
